We know a lot of you are coming from out of town. Where will you sleep? How will you get there? Will there be tiny bottles of booze in an amusingly under-sized fridge once you do?
Since this is America, we won't answer these questions for you like commies, we'll simply give you the tools to pull yourselves up by your bootstraps and answer the questions for yourselves. Follow the jump for details.
We reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Minneapolis. It's not super cheap, but it is a block away from the venue.
The address is:
1001 Marquette Ave S
Minneapolis, MN 55403
You can call 1-888-933-5363 or visit www.Hilton.com for reservations.
To ensure rates, use group code: RLW
There are also several other hotels downtown as well as well as numerous other places to find a room along the light rail route and along the highways that flow easily in to the downtown area.
Look, we're not your parents; we believe in you. We believe that you can get to Minneapolis on your own. Once, you're here, though, we'd like to throw you a bone and help you get around our lovely city. We're obviously not going to do anything ourselves; that would be work. What we will do, is put you in touch with the talented, minimum-wage earning professionals that will haul you around the city.
There are many easily accessible transportation options available between the Airport (MSP), Downtown, attractions (such as the Mall of America) and our neighborhood (Uptown). Cabs, buses, and trains are available at all of these destinations for whatever fits your budget and needs.
